Has of December 5th, the year of our Lord 2006, America, the land of the free no
longer exists. The Patriot Act (the Hitler act rewritten) has destroyed freedom.
1. The Federal Government can listen to any and/or all phone calls or read any
email's without a warrant.
2. The Federal Government no longer is controlled by the States has was originally
intended by the Constitution, the 10 Amendments and the Bill of Rights.
3. The Senate and the House of Representatives DO NOT represent the majority. Why
is this? They are controlled by the lobbyist and the minorities because the
MAJORITY of Americans do NOT VOTE.
4. The President (which will be referred as the King from here on) can appoint
Federal Judges for life that support THEIR AGENDA instead of the Constitution.
These should be ELECTED POSITION'S and hold 4 year terms but should NOT be
limited to two terms and can be life long positions as long as they uphold THEE
Constitution, Thee 10 Amendments and THEE Bill of Rights, not the will of the
"King". This should also be true for the SUPREME Court Judges.
Examples;
1. A well know celebrity couple flying from California were arrested under the Patriot
Act (the Federal Government) for heavy "petting" (kissing, hugging and possibly
more?) and maybe arguing with a flight attendant were arrested at their
destination by the FEDS! We are NOT saying what they did was right and maybe
they should have been arrested. What we are saying is that this SHOULD NOT
HAVE INVOLVED THE FEDERAL AGENTS, after all, what they were doing WAS NOT
TERRORIST ACTS!

Please sign these petitions, it's about the endangered animals, water pollution,
air pollution, habitat destruction, deforestation, and the environment.
To: U.S. Congress
We are petitioning the United States government and the powers that be to immediately
put a halt to the illegal purchasing or forced sales and/or use of all Native American
and Federal lands without the backing of the majority of the Native Americans and/or
the American Citizens, in which a true Democracy operates. These acts are in direct
conflict of the Treaties afforded to the American Natives and the lands set aside by
Congress many years ago so that they would not be approached on and would remain in
their natural state for future generations to enjoy or inhabit. These lands are
owned by the Native Americans and the American Citizens, the majority, to whom you
are to represent. We find these acts to be acts of treason, the breaking of many
treaties and un-Constitutional. Furthermore, these acts destroy the environment,
jeopardize many already endangered species, pollute the waters and add to the
poisoning of the air we breathe. Please stop these actions, for our Native Americans,
the American Citizens, the environment and our future Generations.
